It is Christmas time for the Todd's and we are heading
up to see our kids and grand kids. First stop is Richmond VA to see our
older son, Rob, and his family Anne, Emily, and Lauren, and their new
puppy. We had to hurry, as Lauren was in the kiddie choir at their
church. She needs a bit of work but she sure was cute. The Catholic
service was beautiful there in Richmond.

Next stop was Rob's house where we had dinner and we met
Emily's dog, Charlie. She has always wanted a little puppy and now her
dream has come true. Only problem is that Charlie leaks a bit; he is
confused about when to go to potty. Hopefully, he will figure it out
soon. After some playtime, we all sat down for some dinner and then we
retired to the RV to wait for Santa. Sure enough, Santa left a bunch of
goodies for all of us. Bob was lucky...no coal this year.

Christmas day was quite busy. Our
next stop was to visit
the rest of the Todd's and Ann's family, the Snellings clan. Another
full house with lots of food and friendship. Ann's niece, Karen was
there as was here daughter, Jennifer who was on break from her Peace
Corps assignment in Mozambique.

Later, the Todd's headed for Northern
Virginia to celebrate yet another Christmas. Ann and Lilli camped in a
rather cold RV while Bob and the rest of the family enjoyed a nice warm
night in the Vienna house. The next day we headed back to ILM to
prepare for the Land Voyage South.
