Our plans last season were frustrated with Bob's heart problem, an acquisition of a new dirt dwelling in Wilmington NC, and medical problems with Levi. Now it is April 2005. Bob's heart has been fixed; all is well with our new home; and Levi is being cured.
We are not making any finite plans for this cruising season as previous plans have been thwarted. Suffice it to say that we would like to go to the Bahamas and maybe Bermuda. But who knows. We will start by sailing the Bay and relearning how to cruise with the 'kids'.
We moved our homeport to Baltimore last season and we are anxious to explore the North and Middle Chesapeake Bay areas.
Next we hope to sail Jule III down to Wilmington NC and stay there during the winter holidays. We will look for a weather window in late January '06 to head South towards the Bahamas. If the Admiral approves, we may head home via Bermuda, but Bob is not holding his breath.
