A Year of Healing and Moving Forward

Voyages to Who Knows Where.

2022 was full of loss and uncertainies. Last year, we aborted a vacation in Green Turtle Cay. A month later, we lost our Captain and partner to cancer after nearly a decade of pain and disease. The rest of the year focused on coping, praying, and running away from the sadness. Bob managed to go on two small solo trips to Annapolis and Solomons without incident. Family endures and steers closer to a normal life; even Bob is falling off to calmer seas, we hope.

2023 is filled with more uncertainty. But Bob is back to planning, sadly without the even keel ideas from Capt. Ann. Let's see what happens. Our plan A includes a second air charter trip to Green Turtle Cay; a possible solo or assisted voyage up to Long Island and further?; our annual reunion trip to Marco Island Florida, A Disney voyage starting in England, through Denamrk via France, Iceland, and Norway, and a drive to New York and Quebec, and ... Some say I do too much planning. So I don't have a Plan B ... yet.

  1. Green Turtle without the Admiral
  2. Bob's Remembrance Cruise
  3. Western European Cruise
  4. The Rest of the Season
