 After almost 29 years as Owner and Captain
of the SV Jule III, I sold our boat to a capable sailor. I have been
talking with Scott for almost 2 years about selling the boat. I
realized that my passion for sailing had ebbed since the passing of Ann,
co-Captain of Jule. My slow physical decline has made it hard to
recommission her before her 'splash'. Scott took ownership in April
2024; we took it our for a familiarization cruise and returned her to
Scott's new slip at Zahnhisers.
