All three of my granddaughters graduated this year.
Fortunately their schools were within 5 hours of Wilmington.
Miss Emily graduated, with honors, from the University of Virginia,
McIntire School of Commerce in May 2024. My older son, Rob, drove us all
to the University for the commencement service. We heard some great
speakers, saw a boatload of graduates, went outside the town of Crozet
for a pizza celebration, and eventually headed back to Wilmington.
Miss Lauren graduated from Midlothian High School (Milothian, VA), with
honors, of course. She was accepted to Ole Miss (University of
Mississippi), Department of Pharmacy Practice. We went to the
facilities of Virginia Commonwealth University for the Commencement
Service. I took a picture from the Jumbotron and it did not come out
well. I found a more suitable picture.
The last of the Todd's graduates is Miss Robyn who graduated from
Madison High School. I went to the celebration at DAR Constitution Hall
(in Washington DC) where Robyn graduated with honors and will be going
to VCU for a Bachelor of Digital Art.
